Basketball is a team sport that helps develop and improve fine and gross motor skills, flexibility, and endurance. This class introduces basic fundamentals of shooting, passing, dribbling, lay ups, jump stops, pivoting and footwork, defense, and rebounding. Our coaches break down each skill effectively to ensure kids are learning the correct basic fundamentals that will carry on to the next level. Through clear understanding and execution, we move on to strengthening and mastering the skills through repetition, with different, fun, creative, and innovative drills and games. Great for a first timer or child with previous experience playing and training. We group the kids based on their age and skill level with the appropriate coach to kid ratio! Our coaches are engaged, passionate, and motivational. They ensure the kids are safe, having a blast, learning, and progressing throughout the weeks!
